Funny they have hops as one of the main ingredients. Hops can also be very beneficial for sleep. Forgot to mention that in the list I gave you.
I'm doing better lately. I think part of my problem is neurotransmitters and all my anxiety. I will be seeing a chiropractor that works with professional athletes, including ironman triathletes, who is evidently well known and very good. I am also going to start deep tissue work with a good massage therapist. The chiropractor actually does some special deep tissue work where he can get into some of the deepest fascia scarring and do some very good things, so I hear. I should probably start physical therapy again as I never should have stopped, I was not feeling well for a long time so it was difficult to continue. I also believe my medication regimen is beginning to help me feel well enough to start getting back into the gym again.
