Maybe it's just me, but using high dosages of B6 makes me manic. I can't seem to go above 150mg per day. 200mg per day starts to cause overstimulation within a week or two of starting. How people can take 500mg or more per day is beyond me. I need at least 100mg per day, and that actually might be enough for me, so be careful of dosage. More isn't necessarily better in my opinion.
