I like those websites for getting a realworld view of the side effects people have, efficacy, withdrawals, etc. I have not personally found that information helpful in choosing my own meds or herbs. All too often the obvious thing that would not be good for me ends up being really good, while the thing that looked obviously a winner was a disaster.
As I mentioned, some people are finding that even the lowest dose of 1.5mg is too much for them. I think my trial was too high at 1.5mg so I'm going to do less next time, probably a lot less. Amazing med, but super potent. I would make a guess that those people who had insomnia/wired side effects probably should have immediately lowered the dose and then maybe increased it later.
