I'm having a test done to see whether I am over- or under-methylated. I think, if anything, I am undermethylated. I don't think I boast "too much" serotonin (I wish!).

I have, since posting, not had the depression issue with TMG. I have added B6 to my routine which I think helped. I am wondering if the TMG needed B6 to do its thing, leaving me with less? My only issue now is sleep, though it's hard for me to pin that on the TMG as it's been a near life-long issue for me anyhow. I might try a smaller dose and see if that helps, as I do feel a little peppier during the day, especially in the afternoon.
