I like your rational approach to supplementing your medications. I just kind of took a bunch of antioxidants, put them together, and threw them at my illness, hoping for the best. Luckily, its turned out OK.

How much E and C do you take? I take 1600 IU E (the natural kind--apparently its better) and 4-6 grams C.
