How do you know you have candida? How do you know it is causing your depression?
I do not understand the use of Nizoral here. Diflucan is a far better choice in terms of safety. I would say forget the liver gallbladder thing, stay away from such troublesome meds when there are other more popular safer ones that work well. I've been on and off diflucan multiple times and it does the job.
Candida is a long term thing. I would suggest the addition of two supplements. Resveratrol by Paradise Herbs or Source Natural (both made from Polygonum Cupsidatum, common name Japanese Knotweed). The other is berberine. Take these for a few months and you should be all set.
Raw garlic is super potent against candida. Chew a cliove raw toward the end of a meal.
Here's a home test. I didn't believe it was accurate. But in my own experience over many months, it is accurate. First thing in the morning before anything else, gather up a good mass of spit in your mouth and spit into a glass of water. Then watch it for about 5 minutes. If there is a yeast problem, you will see milky trails fall to the bottom. Normal spit just sits on the top of the water. Mine was so bad when I first suspected it that my milky trails were more like milky curtains. Anyway, diflucan [aved the path, did the heavy lifting, and then months of herbs completely cleared it up. Nizoral I don't like that med, too many problems with it. Seems too risky to me when there are better ways.
