Hi Lamdage,

I've taken glycine twice. I don't remember much about my first attempt at taking glycine other than that I didn't stay on the supplement for longer than a few days. The second time I took glycine, I took it with Abilify, and I noticed a brief reduction in the severity of my fatigue and hypersomnia, but no change in my psychosis. But like the first time I tried glycine, I only stayed on the supplement for a few days, this time because I was frustrated by the fact that I had a brief response followed by what seemed like nothing.

So, that's my experience with glycine. I don't think it's really anything to draw any conclusions from, which is why I didn't write anything about it right after you first posted, but I figured I'd share my experience since you seem to be looking for any responses you can get.

I haven't taken sarcosine. I do know of one person on schizophrenia.com who's had good results with it, but other than that, I don't have much to say concerning anecdotal reports from those who've taken sarcosine.

T.
