I know, I know: "All you ever do is push orthomolecular on people! Its not 1967!" Seriously, though: its worked *so* well for me!
Here's my line up: 10 grams time-release C (5AM+5PM), B-100 time release, 400 micrograms selenium, 30mgs zinc (optizinc), 1 soy isoflavones cap from Life Extension (50ish mgs soy isoflavones), 10mgs Astaxanthin, 120mgs tocotrienols (Tocomin SupraBio), 75,000 IU natural form beta carotene+mixed carotenoids, 4 grams taurine, 4 grams niacinamide (2 doses of 2 grams each), 1 gram green tea extract (500 AM+500 PM).
That's my line up. If you do orthomolecular, you and/or your doc can put together something that works for you. The core, old school program is C, B complex, zinc, selenium, and E, plus whatever else you need/want.
