Sam-E serotonergic but not dopaminergic?

Am i right in the assumption that Sam-E is serotonergic, noradrenergic but not dopaminergic?
That would make it an ideal augmenter for Moclobemide for me.
Schizo-Affective, Socially anxious
700mg Seroquel
10 mg Zyprexa
1500mg Metformin
600mg NAC
4,8g EPA from Fishoil
2000mg Vitamin C
Thorne R. Multivitamin
Soon: Parnate at 30mg or 40mg
