I have been on 5htp several times and have researched it a lot.
With your meds and your current state, I would not do that supplement. I could go into a long chapter as to why I feel that way. I don't have any problem with 5htp in general. But in your case, I am uncomfortable thinking about that. Primarily because of the other meds. Also, in the list of supplements and meds, I see a lot of "fragmentation". There doesn't seem to be a clear strategy in mind. It looks more like a small collection of things that looked like they might be good, but no cohesive strategy that unites all those supps together.
Most of those supps on their own are not going to do a whole lot for psychiatric symptoms. In the current combination they aren't either. They are good supps. Very good. But if the purpose of them is to feel better psychiatrically, then no, those are not going down the correct road. In my opinion. Some of those supps might help, and if they do, keep them.
I can't really suggest anything in particular because I don't know what you are trying to accomplish, your history, or your current symptoms.
5htp is not going to get you where you want to be, I do know that. It can work for some people, sometimes, usually for sleep more than mood, and has a strong tendency to poop out.
