Thanks for your reply, Hugh. I am eating complex carbs and gorging on healthy fats like coconut oil and MCT, but I'm having to eat like every 30 minutes to stay conscious. I'm going to see a doctor about it.

I'm a bit confused about the whole insulin-resistance/sensitivity and blood sugar thing. Do you have much of a grasp on it? I thought increased insulin sensitivity would be bad for hypoglycemia, but I've been reading that improving insulin sensitivity helps both high and low blood sugar. And in that regard, a few people have commented that the resistant starch should improve hypoglycemia.
