I read in a book that Glycine up to 30gr might help with ocd. I have been taking 2gr daily for a while now. Can't say if it does much. However glycine seems to do a lot of positive things and help against inflammation there are tons of studies about glycine. I wonder does anyone here take glycine regularly and if yes how much?
If I wanted to take higher doses I would have to buy bulk powder cause in pill form it's much too expensive.
