In reply to morning depression?, posted by topdog on December 3, 2015, at 7:13:20

It isn't unusual for people with depression to feel their worst in the morning, and to feel better as the day progresses. When I was in college, I felt nauseous most mornings. After I graduated, this morning nausea went away, so it was probably stress related.

You could try doing breathing exercises, a relaxing one in the evening and an energizing one in the morning.
