Gingko biloba didn't do anything for me. Neither did vinpocetine. Piracetam made me feel wired. Some people say they are helped by Prevagen, and some say it's worthless. What's helped my concentration the most is neurofeedback. People who try this are frequently able to reduce their meds.
You might find this site interesting. If you do try any of these, I'd suggest starting with a very low dose, in case they interact with your meds.
