I did a massive Orthomolecular protocol for a while. Honestly, I think it did help. Now, I"m down to b-100 (I use time release, helps my stomach) and loads of vitamin C, plus selenium, zinc, fish oil, natural form E, and natural form beta carotene.

so...its still basically Orthomolecular, but I've managed to do surprisingly OK without the massive dose of B3 that is almost always recommended for psych cases in Orthomolecular. Maybe I'll add it back, maybe not.

taurine is calming. 4 grams/day has been studied with antipsychotics in younger psychosis people...good results, apparently.

Suntheanine-brand l-theanine is helpful for me, too. I high dose it (its an Orthomolecular thing...up on the supplements, lower the Rx dosage), but...yeah. good times.

hope this helps. sorry you're suffering.
