Vitamin K overdose?

Hey yall,
i take Super K from Life Extension which includes
Vitamin K1 1500mcg
Vitamin K2 MK 7 100mcg
Vitamin K2 MK4 1000mcg
And on top of that 200mcg K2MK7
I have thrombosis in my butt. It started after a workout. Is there a connection? What should I do?
Seroquel 900mg :(
Zyprexa 25mg :(
Trazodone 100mg
Venlafaxine 37.5mg
Metformin 2000mg
Lithium 250mg
5000 IU Vitamin D3
