Yeah, I think inflammation is a problem in my brain. Im am going 10g EPA/DHA and I get good benefits. It is important to keep in mind is that you need A: Vitamin K to prevent excessive bleeding and B: Vitamin E to keep EPA/DHA from oxidizing.

I also react well to antioxidants, most notably a bunch of (wild) blueberries. 150g every morning.

The psychiatrist is not the only way to go! A good general practicioner can go a long way as well.
