L-Aspartic Acid (Deficiency)

Posted by Lamdage22 on April 27, 2021, at 5:23:58

So I figured I am deficient as evident by a blood test. It is a neurotransmitter and it plays a role in Testosterone production, mine isn't great. I am somewhat excited (carefully though). Some stuff sounds awesome and turns out to not work. But yeah, I can see how it could help. It plays a role with NMDA.

Deficiency is considered rare. But honestly, I don't care anymore what traditional medicine considers rare or common.

Anyone knowledgeable or interested, please leave a comment.
