normal eating

Posted by fairygirlop on January 4, 2005, at 16:58:53

I am currently in therapy and see a doctor for my eating disorder and for depression. I'm bulimic with an anorexic weight. I hate being bulimic, however I have a hard time eating normally. I always tend to restrict or binge and purge. Currently I generally eat under 300 calories when excluding the foods I binge and purge. I'm at a university and the cafeteria food really scares me. However, I can't buy more than one portion of something without it turning into a binge food. My purging has gotten out of control and needs to stop. I've been thinking of ways to avoid binging. What do you guys think of buying one t.v dinner each night like a lean cuisine to keep my eating under control? If you have any ideas that have worked for you, please educate me.
