You can't do that. You will quickly detoriorate (see you are making me use words I can't even spell!).
You are waaaaaay too smart of a woman to do that. Ephedra alone is a big no no. But Ephedra plus only 200 calories is serious business.
It's not worth it Maxime. Your life is worth more than an image in the mirror.
