The problem is that I am so used to overeating that my body is not used to eating the correct portions of food. I'm not eating less than 1200 calories. In fact, I used an online calculator to determine how many calories I need to consume a day to lose 1-2 lbs. per week.
Right now, I'm focused on changing my eating habits before I add exercising back into the mix. Making too many changes at once will surely lead to failure. Besides, working out is the last thing I want to do when I'm hungry.
Maybe I'll try adding more fiber to my diet...and than start exercising again.
