I've ordered a book about body image and self esteem on the recommendation of my T, called "Coming Home To Your Body". It appears to be available as a remainder at really low prices.
My T just wrapped up a holiday stress workshop, and she read us a poem from the book to open up last night's meeting. She started to tear up reading it; I definitely cried a bit. It just socked me in the solar plexus. Very affecting.
I thought since it's such an affordable price that perhaps some of my babble friends might be able to order it too and we could read parts of it together?
Anyone interested?
