good night

"Do not judge yourself harshly. Without mercy for ourselves we cannot love the world."
Jack Kornfield

I love being a good forgiving friend. I need to get a handle on how to be forgiving with myself too. I will dwell on things I have said or done that have upset another. Most of the time it's at bedtime when I view all my mistakes or short comings. I feel so bad if I have harmed or hurt anyone. But hurting myself over it is not so kind or forgiving either. How to let go and forgive myself is my challenge.
