I have been trying to notice if ANYthing I do makes a difference, and I think the following things help, but it's frustrating how subtle the effects are when I'm up against major anxiety.
Calcium/magnesium supplements, B complex, niacinamide; kava kava, valerian root, passionflower, hops. Staying away from caffiene, especially coffee. I have a list of food recommendations which includes things I love to eat when I'm feeling good, but the challenge for me is that it is really hard to eat when I'm feeling anxious. Let me know if you'd like me to post that list.
I'll be interested in seeing what others have to say about this too...
