My yoga instructor said something yesterday that really struck me. We were talking about exercising outside of class and she said that there are so many distractions at home and it's easy to talk yourself out of it. It really is easier to watch TV or get something to eat rather than push ourselves to exercise. But the benefits for outweigh the negative aspects of it. So thats why I think it's important to push ourselves to exercise. We can do it!!! Just something to think about...
