Depression related weird cravings

Posted by cherylann on September 22, 2004, at 18:07:40

For the past several years I've had an incredible craving for hard mint candies. I know this sounds weird, but finally this year I asked my doc about it. He seems to think that crunching the hard candy releases seratonin. All I know is that I get slightly aggitated when I don't have any. My husband calls them my "cigarettes". Anyone else have this problem?
