Would adding something like V-8 help? Or maybe some peanuts? Or would it be better to add a piece of toast between breakfast and lunch?

I couldn't gain weight until recently, so understand how frustrating it is!! Zinc and B6 are important for regulating hunger, and a good multi vitamin/mineral like thorne's 'extra nutrients' might be worth a try. If the gut's inflamed, you won't feel hungry, so fish oils can be good, and also stomach acid and digestive enzymes, can help to reduce the discomfort after eating.

I had a milk allergy that caused me to lose weight, but if you're ok with dairy, thorne also make a whey protein concentrate, that is good for weight gain too.

Good luck,

Ray
