Another dietician appointment

Posted by Dinah on February 3, 2005, at 11:43:57

A measure of my desparation since the last one made me cry. I've already told her in email that I didn't want a cookie cutter presentation that I could get from the internet, that I've not got time to cook at lunch, or probably any other time, that I'm a picky eater, and that I'm looking for good enough and workable rather than perfect and something that I won't even try.

She's still willing to see me. :)

I'll reiterate all that, and add that my primary focus is performance. That since becoming a diabetic I haven't been able to do the demanding schedule that my work requires from time to time. And that my main goal is to have an eating goal that enables me to work the hours I have to work without crashing, becoming stupid, etc.

I don't care if it's an Hershey syrup and bacon diet plan. Health in general is a secondary concern.

Any other ideas on what I should tell her to help her help me?
