The only management thing that occurs to me is to try small meals/snacks every two hours. Keep a little bit of food in your stomach. Otherwise, off to the doctor. Reflux is nay good for the esophagus, and can cause significant lung injury if inhaled. Fumes alone make asthmatic response likely.
Proton pump inhibitors (e.g. Nexium) might be an option. Nexium is category B.
