I use Restatis. I think it is the vehicle that is actually effective. :>} But the idea is that it decreases inflammation-and it does work, at least for me. The placebo vs. drug stats aren't impressive, though. If you do end up using it, you can use the same plastic jobbie two times-but put it in the fridge in between (my opthamologist told me about that). What is cool is to take a piece of flat foam and put a slit it in, like with a knife. Then you can push the Restasis applicator into the slit in the fridge.
