Estrogen and Memory Loss?

Has anyone here gone through menopause or had low estrogen levels. I've had one doc tell me I'm going through menopause, although I'm about ten or more years early for that. Another says my levels are fine. My memory seems really spotty lately. Just wondering if anyone has been through this and if they had any memory probs.
