Is this why people on weight watchers have to drink skim milk?
Right now I'm trying out a low carbohydrate (less than 50g per day), normal fat (trying for less than 50g a day) and sort of high lean protein diet (about 70 g per day).
Hmmm...maybe I should incorporate skim milk into my diet.
