You probably get enough calcium as long as you are eating plenty of fresh vegetables and nuts.
Something like 90% of the world's population don't eat dairy, its only us in Europe and North American that have an obcession with it.
Magnesium, OTHO, is more difficult to get into your diet. Pumpkin seeds are good, as are almonds and I can't remember. Try posting this on alternative or searching the archives.
