If you have pets, it could be flees... Tho, you would think that the bites would be all over if they were bites.
Could it also be an allergic reaction to something? I had a bad allergic reaction last summer, and it looked like it was caused by a bite, but it turned out that's just what the reaction looked like -- little bites when it really wasn't caused by bites at all
