Withdrawal from Zelnorm????

I'm a mess.
IBS is back big time!!!
Stomachache is constant companion.
Any1 else on Zelnorm and lost it?
PCP gave me Amitiza (believe motility stimulant) but it seemed to bring on a worse stomachache. Need call him tomorrow.
Afraid to eat or drink anything!
I go from Imodium to Zantac to Imodium to Zantac ... and don't know what the heck to do or take.
Whatever Zelnorm was doing, I was taking for granted. As I look back, it had freed me up a lot from my irritable bowel syndrome!!!
Any1 found a diff' prescription which helps?
I know all the rules re: IBS; no caffeine/chocolate ones I hate the most.
I was able to drink coffee and eat chocolate and everything on Zelnorm! Phooey!
