Anyone Know If Have Autoimmune Diseases what is a

I have the hasimotos thyroiditis and test postive ANA for small amounts of other autoimmune diseases not bad enough to be treated. I lost my sense of taste and smell three years ago and read that is autoimmune to. Anyone know how to deal with my autoimmune system? It's so strong I guess. Love Phillipa
