Well, my weight has not gone up but my energy level remains very low on Remeron. Just got back this evening from our long weekend in New York. I started out with an owie on my little toe (blister) and I hobbled around Manhattan the entire weekend. To my credit I did not stop locomotion, but it wasn't a pretty sight at all.

I have to shape up my feet for the BIG vacation at the end of this month (France). The shoes, which I tried out this weekend, were a dismal bust, so I'm back to my comfy but very American looking sneakers. Who cares, as long as I can walk?

I am utterly disgusted by how I look and feel. Since the weight hasn't changed, the difference is obviously in my mind and how I think I should be looking. Self acceptance is an issue. I'm pretty depressed at the moment. I would really like to like myself this way and not hate myself, but this is what it is. Roly poly yuck.

I'm on lettuce rations for the next 10 days until we leave.
