Hi GG
When I had a sinus infection (at least that's what it seemed like) I took things you cannot, like pseudoephedrine and stuff like that.
But there were some things I took that you might be able to take, which are.....
olive leaf
andrographis
vitamin C
antiallergy herbs (if appropriate) like.....
albizia
baical skullcap
And then there's the neti pot.
Such high maintenance, hey?
