I did it again (unintentionally) -- became dehydrated. It appears that it was a major contributing factor. I was probably mildly to moderately dehydrated for at least 2 1/2 days.

I've been on my current meds for quite some time, and I haven't been hypomanic enough to be convinced that it's hypomania. I definitely have some sort of "hypomania" but it seems like a hyperadrenergic state to me. I say hyperadrenergic because to me it implies that it can come and go many times a day.

My former doc made reference to "panic attacks without the panic", but not in reference to me.
