Sibutramine was withdrawn in the UK quite a long time ago. There's not a lot of point in losing weight if it gives you high BP and an MI.
The diabetes drug Avandia has also been withdrawn in all European countries due to its poor safety profile. The FDA seem to think it's still OK for Americans though :)
