I think you already found the Psycho-Babble medication board, but just to answer one of your questions while I'm here; there is a compound preparation of olanzapine and fluoxetine (the active drugs in both Zyprexa and Prozac) available in a single tablet. It's sold under the trade name 'Symyax' and is licensed for the treatment of bipolar disorder. It acts as a mood stabilizer, antipsychotic and antidepressant.
Prozac and Zyprexa tend to cancel out eachother's side effects, perhaps making the combo more tolerable than either drug taken alone.
