dissociation and ADHD?

can this occur with patients?

I do have ADHD and maybe this is why im having dissociative episodes becuase i always wonder off and sometimes just way to far off and lose where i am and things around that dont seem familiar.

I was scared to take stimulants becuase i thought i was having psychosis.

What would a pdoc say about this>?
