Hi Fred32,

Thank you for posting this. I'd never heard of it, but I feel I am a victim of it.

I left my last job an emotional wreck. I quit because I couldn't take another minute of being back stabbed by my co-workers and subordinates. I was harrassed, emotionally abused, discredited and ganged up on. Just what workplace mobbers do.

My ADs stopped working at about the same time I quit my job. I was in a bad state and came close to being hospitalized. Economically it was not a good time to quit my job (had just bought a house)and seven months later I haven't gotten a new job. Leaving was voluntary, but I was really forced out by workplace mobbers.

I hope my next job is free of them. I can't take it again, I'm amazed I lasted three months.
