...or taking a broken watch in to be repaired ...or an old pair of shoes to be resoled. Our feelings can't be fixed. Let me say that again! Our feelings can't be fixed.
Therapy is an inside job!!!
Who actually helps and who they are and where they came from and what they eat for breakfast is not as important as the results. The prize, (to keep our eyes on) is wellness. Wellness is our operating in harmony and appropriateness within our surroundings in real time. Wellness can't be faked by changing our feelings. Feelings are only part of the puzzle.
For example:
1. Is there someone out there we can call well?
2. Who is the well-est person you can think of?
3. Can we see wellness, and go for 'IT'?
4. Who is the best suited person to help us get there?I genuinely have no personal agenda for my own sake or gratification. I do know that it took me a 20 year trek through the crocodile and pirahna infested waters of my feelings, to my 'BIG and INSTANTANEOUS AHAAH!' Now, and for the past 16 years or so, I've been learning what it was, in fewer and fewer words. I am here learning fewer and fewer words....
Anyone toooo new to know me and what I've been saying all along, e - mail me: dr10day-deskof at y a h o o dot c o m, and I'll send you a 'wordy' roadmap of how to paruse my postings here at Babble.
