I say do what you need to do at the time so you don't hurt yourself. Man if somethings works do it. I'm somewhat sliced and ashamed. Riding my bike helps me ALOT if I can get away. But my husband doesn't like to have to come home early to put the kids to bed so I can ride (evenings are the worst for me). Sometimes I just like to drive. I think my man thinks I'm S.O. too. Especially when I'm stressed as I am now. Sometimes Hubbys just don't get it. I like mine but he can be a beanbrain sometimes. Thx.
