The title is "Prescription for Trouble, Common drugs, hidden dangers. Tens of millions of people at risk."
Problems w/in th FDA, the absence of leadership w/in FDA, how the FDA is budgeted by drug companies, it's lack of power to enforce its rules, how many serious side effects emerge once a drug is approved by the FDA.
There is a chart titled "Drug Risks The System Missed". It lists 12 drugs and "their known or possible side effects were undetected or underestimated when the FDA approved them for use."
