I have been pondering through my thoughts, i have came to concluesion that it is very helpful that you "believe" that you will get through a situation, as what i am in which is really i feel im caged up.
I still believe and know that things will be better. I know it. I believe in myself, i know that sounds stupid but its the only thing that i can think of.
I have alot of social Barriers that i need to break, i know that i can break them. When i was talking to my nuerologist the other day, he said that thinking something is wrong like Studdering is a mental barrier taht can be broken.
Belief, ambition, and visualition, and knowing what you can do will help.
Right now i can see a therpist but i feel that it wont help me, i will pay for it, right now i feel im my own therpist.
Please will someone back me up?
