Peddidle,

I've tried. It was really hard for me too. You have to really be willing to just go with what pops in your head. I am a self-censoring maniac sooooo it was very difficult for me and I quit fairly early on. But she said if I hung in there it could be enlightening. I'm just not sure if I want to know what it all means right now. If that makes sense. From what I've read it might be beneficial. Let me know how it goes.
