As a forensic psychologist, I know the forensic psychologist in question. I have taken workshops from him. I have not read eveything about the situation at this point but would caution that he has been "accused" not convicted as of yet. This is an important issue to consider. So, I will reserve judgment at this time.
This having been said, I recently evaluated a psychologist who was arrested and later convicted of a felony sex type offense. He still has his license in the state he practices in; he just can't work with children. I believe from what I have heard that finally after one year the licensing board in his state (not my state) is looking at removing his license or at least suspending it for a period of time
