Hey yall'
Sorry to be gone for so long, it was nice to see ya all cared to ask were I went! ;-) Thanks! I start school in a week, so I have been trying to get things organized for that. This week I am throwing a party for my step grandson who will be two. Sooo that will be fun! His mom is preggie due in a couple of months, so she requested a mild meal. Well her favorite when she was little, was my chicken and mashed potatoes meal.
Then I have been planning our Disney trip for Dec. , and you almost have to plan everything if you are going to enjoy yourself. I am staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge, if any of you are familar with the place. I am so excited because we normally stay in budget hotels, and this is quite an upgrade. In fact with a special code, I got upgraded to conceige level, which is unbelievable! Then my old guy friend who had a heart attack, had to have open heart surgury. He seems fine and will be released this week. Plus my brother in law is having much more serious heart surgury this coming Mon. So that will be stressful in the family too.
As far as my old T, I just saw him yesterday at the gym and we didn't make eye contract, so I feel kinda sad. So I called him today and told him I was feeling bad for how things ended between us espeically after 2 1/2 years of working with him, that I wanted to clear the air. I said I understand if he never wants to look at me again,and that he could care less, but I wanted to do this for me. He hasn't called yet today, but I will let you know what happens. I even suggested I could come in for a last session if he didn't want to talk on the phone.
My new T was on vacation last week, but I see him on Thursday. So I am kinda glad and nervous at the same time. One thing I forgot to ask is if he believes in golden rule 4, honor thy parents, and he sees the only healthy thing to do is to reconcil with my mom. Some T's really believe this, even in circumstances like mine, so I need to ask. If he feels this way, I will find another T.
So that is what has been going on with me, it was nice that you wrote, it was a welcomed surprise when I came to the boards. I will try to be around more but as Happyflower. ;-)
